embarrassing, but i have to ask.
Twice in the past month, I haven’t been able to “hold it.” I get to the bathroom, but am just not able to pull down my pants in time to go. The weird thing is that I can hold it for minutes and minutes and minutes before I get myself to the bathroom, but right at that last second, the damn blows.
I know that urinary incontinence is normal for women who are pregnant, but is it normal now…in my mid-thirties? I think I need to call my doctor.
I talked with my cousin about it and she said her mother had that problem when she was in her forties. They had to do some kind of procedure on her to correct it. Some organ was sitting on something else wrong. But my aunt had five kids! I only had one pregnancy.
All I’m saying is this. If somebody has to go re-tool my innards, then I’m going to ask them to sew up my abdominal muscles while they’re at it. They may as well go to town while they’re in there.

I’ve heard that you can do Kegel exercises, and that will help. Your MD can advise, too. Good luck!
Um yeah, you know my issues and I’ve had ZERO births! So not really sure what to tell ya. Depends on the person I guess. Get Depends!
Call the doc. It’s common. Do the Kegels, but call anyway.
