After having not seen the inside of my Nikes in nearly a year, I spent two solid weeks at the gym this summer. Then I went off-and-on for another two weeks, then everybody in the house got sick, then school started, then I got sick, then we went on vacation…
Excuses, excuses.
I felt a lot better about my health and about my life when I was at the gym nearly every day, and I want that back. But I’m afraid that whole business about objects at rest tending to stay so has kicked in.
Not good.
Instead of talking about this, I’m going to go do something about it. Going to the gym right now. Wish me luck…and that the cafe’s siren song doesn’t beckon me there instead.

No matter how much I procrastinate about getting out there, I always feel better after exercise! It’s a natural anti-depressant..and a powerful one. I hope you had a great workout. Maybe you’ll come home with an “O” story of your Own!
